Go back to the top and select the End Time button.
Tell the interviewee that you are going over the interview form, move them out (if there is anyone else there to discuss the outcome with) of the channel and discuss it with the others. After coming to a conclusion drag them back in and inform them of their score, whether they have passed, how you thought the interview went, and what they got wrong (if any).
Depending on them passing or failing you will follow the training document on outcomes. Return to the training document.
